Bible 365 is Ongoing – Be a Part of It!
Have you ever wanted to read through the Bible, from Genesis to Revelations, but gave up before the Red Sea parted?
Ready, set…Read!
Since January 1, 2012, our church has been engaged in a parish-wide study program – “Bible 365 at St. Paul’s." YOU are invited to become a part of it! You can start at any time!
Meet the Bible
Using the book, Meet the Bible by Philip Yancey and Brenda Quinn, we are following the book’s short daily readings, which include scripture and commentary. The book may be purchased through your favorite bookseller. It is also available in e-reader formats. If you would like us to order a copy for you, please call the parish office.
Find a Group
We are planning a variety of discussion groups so that all ages can participate!, There will be a group that meets each Sunday during the 9:30 Adult Education hour to discuss the week’s readings. This group is open to all, whether you have time to keep up with the reading or not. We are hoping that other small groups will also be created. Do you feel a call to lead a group? Perhaps one for the choir, or altar guild, or mothers of children in the preschool, or. . . .or . . . just let your imagination lead you!
Follow our Blog at www.bible365atstpauls.wordpress.com to keep pace with the program, ask questions and share thoughts on this journey. You may also follow along on Facebook at Bible 365 at St Pauls and Twitter at @Bible365atStP for a reminder of the daily reading.
