On Saturday, May 4th, thousands of people from around the globe will walk or run the World Vision 6K For Water to bring life-changing clean water to communities in need.
6K is the average distance that people in developing countries have to walk daily for clean water and each participant's registration fee of $50 ($25 for children) provides life-changing clean water for one person. When you participate in the Global 6K for Water you take that 6K distance away from people in need! We walk one morning so they don't have to every morning!
This year, the St. Paul's Men's Group will be hosting the event at 8am on the scenic Panhandle Trail Trailhead in Walker's Mill, about 20 minutes from St. Paul's. To register go to https://www.teamworldvision.org/team/11002. For more details contact Jim Miorelli at [email protected].
