Its that count down time of year again, getting ready for end of year events and Mission Trip ‘17!
Youth Praise Band is open to all youth with any touch of musical skill. We jam, have fun and play at the 8:45 once a month at the Contemporary service. Our next to play is Wednesday evening, May 24 for The Celebration of Our Ministry Together. Contact Bryan Sable [email protected] for more info.
Youth Forum is a casual gathering of high school age youth looking into Jesus’ teachings and how His Words strengthen all of us. We meet in the comfortable youth room, to catch up with friends, discuss the Gospel and relate it to areas of the modern world. Come join us for our final forum of the season Sunday morning, May 28 from 9:45-10:30.
We call them EYC Study Breaks because that is what they are! These weekly get-togethers provide an opportunity for youth to step into church and relax away from their busy schedules. We share a light meal then we engage in fun, group activities that encourage fellowship. Then it’s kick back and chill time in the comfortable youth room! EYC stands for Episcopal Youth Club and is a central part of our Youth programs throughout the year. Jr. EYC (middle schoolers) meet on Tuesday evenings, and Sr. EYC (high schoolers) gather on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30. Our Final Breaks are May 16 and 17.
There will be a special End of Year Cookout, May 24 from 5-6:30. We will celebrate another fantastic youth program year with fun, food and fellowship. We ask that Jr. EYC families bring a snack item (chips/dip/salsa) and a drink (2 liter) and Sr. EYC families bring a side dish (pasta salad/fruit) and a dessert (cookies/cupcakes). Then we all gather in Worship to celebrate Noah’s New Ministry at 6:30pm. Come join us!
Jr. Bible Study meets before Jr. EYC Study Break. This is a casual gathering of middle schoolers looking into readings and topics that interest young Christians. Join us for our final study May 16 in the comfortable youth room from 5:30 - 6 pm.
